If you receive a damaged item, please do not open it. Take a picture and send it to
tiresforatruck@gmail.com along with your Invoice number, Name, and the best phone number to reach you, and we will arrange an exchange. If the item has been opened and damage is then noticed, please take a picture and send it to us, and we will contact you.
TIRES:
Tires For a Truck LLC tires are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in original condition. A restocking fee of 15% may apply for certain returns. Defective tires within the manufacturer’s warranty period can be exchanged or refunded according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
- Manufacturing warranty does not cover damage due to improper use and installation.
TARPS:
Tires For a Truck LLC tarps have a 90-day manufacturing warranty. Items will be replaced; no money back will be issued.
- Manufacturing warranty does not cover rips, tears, or wind damage due to improper securing.
CARGO CONTROL EQUIPMENT:
Tires For a Truck LLC cargo control equipment has a 90-day manufacturing warranty. Items will be replaced; no money back will be issued.
- Manufacturing warranty does not cover damage from improper use.
TRUCK & TRAILER PARTS:
All Tires For a Truck LLC truck & trailer parts are covered by whichever comes first:
- One year or 100,000 miles driven from the date of installation
- 12 months from the date of purchase
Warranty does not cover misuse, misapplication, or accidental damage. Warranty requests go through a three-step process:
- Approval to return the part for inspection (freight paid by the purchaser).
- Inspection for misuse, misapplication, or accidental damage within 60 days of receipt.
- If a defect is confirmed, a credit will be issued.
Claims for labor, parts, or special/consequential damages are not valid under this warranty.
