1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. Tires For a Truck LLC reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised TOS.
2. Customer Responsibilities2.1. Tire Maintenance and Usage
Our commercial tires are manufactured to meet high standards for quality and performance. However, proper maintenance is the customer’s responsibility. This includes:
- Adhering to manufacturer guidelines for tire inflation, load limits, and rotation schedules.
- Ensuring correct installation by qualified professionals.
Failure to follow these guidelines may void warranties or claims. Tires For a Truck LLC does not cover issues arising from:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Road hazards, punctures, or damage caused by improper installation or overloading.
2.2. Inspections and Claims
Inspect all products immediately upon receipt. Any shipping damage or defects must be reported within three (3) business days of delivery.
Warranty or defect claims must include supporting evidence, such as photographs and maintenance records. Tires For a Truck LLC reserves the right to inspect returned items.
Tires that have been mounted, driven, or modified are not eligible for returns.
3. Product-Specific Policies3.1. Tarps
- All tarps are handmade; the actual size may vary by up to 2% or 6 inches.
- D-Rings and grommets are not rustproof. Customers are responsible for preventing rust through proper care.
- Fabrics are water-resistant, not waterproof, and require appropriate protection (e.g., edge protectors and moving blankets) to prevent damage.
- Tires For a Truck LLC will not accept claims for damage due to improper usage, undue tension, or abrasion.
4. Payments and Fees4.1. Payment Failures
If a payment method fails (e.g., bounced checks or declined transactions), the customer is responsible for:
- A $55 NSF fee, plus the original amount owed.
- Collection costs, up to 20% of the collectible amount or a flat $600, whichever is greater.
4.2. Chargebacks
Chargebacks will be treated as payment failures. The customer remains responsible for the original amount plus applicable fees and collection costs.
5. Shipping and Delivery5.1. Third-Party Carriers
We reserve the right to use any major national carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, R&L) for deliveries based on the order and location.
5.2. Signature Requirements
For new customers, shipments will typically require a signature upon delivery to prevent fraud. Customers wishing to waive this requirement must submit a waiver form. Tires For a Truck LLC is not liable for lost shipments if the signature requirement is waived.
5.3. Returns
If the carrier returns a shipment to us due to failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
6. Website Errors and Pricing
Tires For a Truck LLC reserves the right to:
- Cancel orders and issue refunds in the event of website or pricing errors.
- Invoice customers for the correct amount if a pricing error is discovered and the customer chooses to keep the item.
7. SMS Notifications
By signing up on our website or completing a purchase, you may opt-in to receive SMS notifications by selecting the provided checkbox. By doing so, you consent to receiving SMS messages from Tires For a Truck LLC related to order updates, promotional offers, and other notifications. You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with "STOP" to any message we send. We DO NOT share collected personal information with third parties.
8. Security and Privacy
Tires For a Truck LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect information necessary to process your orders and improve our Services.
- Personal data will only be shared to fulfill orders or provide customer service.
- Customers may opt-in to receive newsletters and marketing communications and can opt-out at any time.

9. User Rights and Data Deletion
Customers have the right to:

- Cancel processing of personal data except as required for accounting or legal purposes.
Tires For a Truck LLC will retain order data for accounting purposes, even if a user account is deleted.
